The Scale is a locally owned and operated start up restaurant serving poké bowls and acai bowls in Williston, VT.
What is poké? Poké is a traditional Hawaiian dish made of marinated sushi-grade fish served over rice. Add in endless combinations of toppings and house made sauces and you have a poké bowl! We're so excited to bring this quick, healthy and fresh option to Vermont for the first time!
We are seeking warm and friendly people to join our team. Applicants must have a customer service focus and have a positive and upbeat attitude. All positions have a potential for growth and increased responsibility. Experienced applicants preferred, but willing to train and grow the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees during scheduled hours
- Responsible for opening and closing shifts
- Customer service and food prep
- Assisting in scheduling and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
