Bookeeper

MUST HAVES:
Accounts Payable Experience/3 way match(20 invoices per week)
Invoicing experience
Cash applications (15 per day)
Excel (basic spreadsheets)
Small company experience ($20 MM or less in revenue)
Cash reconciliations
Collections (10 per week)
Coding/posting invoices
Experiencing working with an ERP system
Open to answering phones


This company is seeking a bookkeeper to assist the Controller with day to day responsibilities and transactions. The Controller spends most of his day doing high level analysis and reporting and needs someone to help with the day to day operations of the department.
