About this job

Essential Job Functions
1. Assist store manager in supervision of staff.
2. Display and sell all types of merchandise.
3. Forecast sales and order merchandise.
4. Prepare necessary reports and maintain records as required for store operation.
5. Perform customer service operation.
6. Maintain inventory of store merchandise.
7. Price and markdown merchandise properly; return unsold merchandise to main plant.
8. Handle funds properly as required for store operation.
9. Maintain store security measures.
10. Enforce safety practices and procedures. Prepare related reports.
11. Accept permanent or temporary assignments in other locations at discretion of Retail Sales Director
12. Responsible for neat and clean appearance of the store.

2. Must obtain the Occupational Skills Training Certification
3. Selling ability.
4. Ability to read and write.
5. Good math ability.
6. Ability to meet and deal with the public.
7. Honesty.
8. Appropriate dress.
9. Ability to lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs.
10. Ability to bend/squat/stoop.
11. Punctual and dependable attendance.
12. Must be able to work any store hours. (7 days a week -7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
13. Ability to complete own reports.
14. Ability to get along with other employees.
15. Valid driver license and insured vehicle.
16. Free from drug and alcohol abuse
