Home Instead Senior Care of Central NH is hiring a full-time Recruitment and Retention Coordinator to join the office team.

Successful candidates will be personable and outgoing while adept at multi-tasking, tech savvy, organizational super-stars, and capable of following established policies and procedures.

The role includes the following, but is not limited to: recruiting part time employees, attending job fairs and presenting at local colleges, onboarding/training new hires, presentation skills, conducting reviews and coaching as needed. Office experience is required. Experience with home care and/or recruiting is a plus!
