- orders Hobby Lobby products from India
- orders finished goods from RFL for all customers except WM
- analyzes customer orders for accuracy
- enters customer orders into Quickbooks
- invoices shipped customer orders
- tracks inbound customer shipments from RFL and UPH
- manages shipments to make sure products ship on time
- does HL POS weekly report
- does HL customer weekly status report (required by HL Buyer)
- does HL once a month warehouse pull report for inventory stock levels
- communicates with rep/buyer regarding any shipping issues
- prints all HL labels for shipments out of BPI
- prepares packing list for outgoing shipments
- helps with transition of routing outbound customer shipments
- updates PO summary for tracking customer po's and inbound customer shipments
