Springfield, Ohio established manufacturer seeks a fulltime Maintenance Technician.
Up to $17/hour to start, depending upon experience.
Various shifts, Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Provide physical facilities maintenance services with skillset that might require general construction, electrical and plumbing experience.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and local, state and federal regulations.
Requirements include:
Minimum of 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Some knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems desired.
Prescreen testing required.
Protective gear required (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses).
Ability to stand continuously and lift up to 50 pounds.
Only reliable people with a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team environment need apply.
