Responsibilities:

• Membership & Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Service Excellence - Provide members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
• Leadership - Motivate and lead team members to bring their best every day.
• Community Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that the facility's equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage and motivate team members
• Strong communication skills
• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great attitude
• Must be coachable
• Must be able to instruct others on the Anytime Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Career-minded attitude
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
