Production Associate

Seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire manufacturing position in Highland, Illinois. There are openings on every shift, but second and third shifts have a higher demand.

There is potential to move up within this company.

Some kind of manufacturing and production experience is required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dustier environment.

Employees will be working on the production line each day. They will be responsible for monitoring the machines as they run and lifting 50lbs repetitively onto pallets to be shipped out of the facility.

Employees will use a scan gun to scan into the computer to determine and coordinate which truck they will be loaded on.
