About this job

This candidate will be responsible for calling on customer who are late on their credit card payments.

Job Description:

  • Solicits payments on overdue accounts. Responsibilities also include keeping records of all delinquent account, incomplete files, and credit risks.

  • Candidates will be expected to provide a high level of empathy to the customer.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience. Collections is not necessarily required. Call Center background is preferred
  • Candidates will be expected to provide a high level of empathy, strong communication skills and an attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 11am-9pm
    Friday 9am-7pm
    Wednesday/Sunday OFF
    Saturday 8am-1pm

Training:

  • Monday- Friday 9-6pm will vary slightly depending on how quickly the class learns and moves through the material.

Compliance:

  • Drug Test/Background (7 years)/Fingerprinting
