If we just described you, we have special job for an even special person!   The newly created Operations Supervisor position will assist the General Manager with the daily operations of a busy and growing in-home care company..  As a working manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the following primary tasks, however, accountabilities may change based on the needs of the business throughout the year.
 

Inquiries for Service - Oversee pipeline, report weekly on inquiries, sources and referral partner relationships.  Back up to take Inquiries as needed.  
Coordination of  Quality Assurance Program - Oversee Care Coordinator productivity, visit rotations, care/service goals and metric reporting.
Support Human Resources functions of Recruiting, Onboarding and performance management
Assist with communications (enewsletters) and develop new but relevant CAREGiver and Key Player programs with minimal direction
Oversee Office Administration (supplies inventory for all teams, special programs, phone/office equipment training etc)
Supervision of staff in the General Manager's absence.


Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required.  Business Administration or Human Resources preferred. Other degree areas considered with general business courses.
  • 5+ years work experience as team lead or supervisor.  Must understand legal aspects of Human Resources and have had accountabilities for business success in prior positions. Prior in-home care experience is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate maturity, business acumen, ability to adapt and learn, attention to details, critical thinking skills and self-motivation.
  • Must be proficient in daily use of MS Office products and be able to learn various software programs for business needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for reporting, documenting procedures, writing newsletters, interviewing, presenting and training.
  • Ability to work as operations demand- this is not a 9-5 job as we are a 24/7 company with field staff working 24/7.
  • Must be willing to travel within Allegheny and Washington County in any type of weather.
