Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruits, selects and manages the candidate life cycle for corporate office and/or field operations positions at Big Lots. Participates on projects related to Talent Acquisition. 1. Consults with hiring managers to determine talent needs. 2. Sources and attracts qualified candidates for openings. Utilizes a variety of recruiting methods, including: cold calls, referrals, internet, solicited and unsolicited resumes, and career fairs. 3. Coordinates the full-cycle interview, selection and onboarding process.
