Elizabeth Arden Spas is the largest day spa company in the world, and we are in need of a Customer Service Representative for our Gift Certificate Center. In this role, you will support both the Red Door and Mario Tricoci divisions.

Essential Functions
  • Fulfill daily Gift Certificate online orders and prepare for outgoing federal express pick-up within required deadline
  • Provide basic support for customers related to using the Red Door and Mario Tricoci websites
  • Monitor Gift Certificate procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations at all times
  • Answer incoming Gift Center phone calls and handle in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Retrieve and respond to email inquiries from multiple inboxes (Gift Certificate, Customer Service, and Corporate Orders) in a professional and tactful manner, to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Research any discrepancies and review tracking numbers for lost items
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while providing a high level of customer service to potential and existing guests
  • Exercise sound judgment to make decisions leading to successful resolution of customer issues including issuing credits, refunds, and gratis compensations within parameters defined by Gift Center manager
  • Communicate effectively with salon managers to verify or obtain information as needed
  • Review and initiate any necessary changes to the (POS) mailing database
  • Perform general clerical tasks and compile data for special projects as needed
  • Ring up internal employee gift certificate and gift card orders
  • Process corporate orders and maintain accurate corporate customer records
  • Provide guidance and instruction to temporary employees during holiday seasons
  • Maintain lifetime gift card program
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to use sound judgment to solve problems with minimal escalations
  • Must have solid math skills for determining the various corporate discounts
  • Previous call-center or customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • PC experience utilizing Outlook and Excel systems
  • Self-motivated to work independently with little or no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Retail or service background a plus
