REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all maintenance related duties.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Basic electrical skills in AC/DC to include single phase, three phase, AC, 24 Volt DC, motor control and PLC applications
- Basic background in electrical construction for both equipment and facilities
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs using schematics and programming software via computer
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic hydraulic skills to include schematic interpolation and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of high pressure steam, chillers, air handlers and operating systems to include chilled water and boiler water chemistry
- Basic understanding of operation of ISO classified clean rooms
- Repair 50% of all production and support equipment with little or no supervision
- Perform basic pipe fitting operations to include threading operations
- Basic understanding of the operation of WFI water system
- Recognizes and helps design changes to systems and equipment
- Assist in writing maintenance procedures
- Willingness to emphasize safety, quality and cGMP in pharmaceutical environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned with guided supervision
- Assist maintenance utility team member in their absence or when needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School or Equivalent

- 2 year degree in mechanical or electrical field of study
- Microsoft Office
- Understanding of cGMPs a plus
