Are you a people-person with an outgoing and fun personality? As a full-time Client Relations Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for both current and potential clients. The focus of this role is providing exceptional client service and building strong, long-term relationships with clients, all whilst ensuring that the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently. You won’t be expected to make sales, so you’ll be free to focus on providing a high quality experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the ‘face’ and ‘voice’ of the gym, providing impeccable client service to everyone, whether in person or over the phone
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and keep up-to-date with new and ongoing client issues
  • Provide swift and accurate answers to all queries relating to Ritual’s prices, policies, processes and systems
  • Conduct effective tours of the gym which fully explain Ritual's concept
  • Lead trials through the onboarding process in an efficient and welcoming manner, from signing forms to leaving with a wax-sealed trial pack
  • Ensure a steady supply of training gear and towels are laid out per company standards
  • Maintain effective coordination and communication with the coaching team
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all records, notes and data
  • Assist clients with technical issues relating to booking sessions, buying/suspending memberships, etc.
  • Efficiently process additional suspensions, and terminations
  • Deal swiftly and effectively with any client complaints
  • Coordinate with utility providers, external contractors and suppliers regarding deliveries and payments

  • Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Must successfully complete the Front of House training program within 6 weeks of starting the job
