Guest Experience Lead, Salary: $10/hour, 7am to 3pm - Full-time / Part-time

As the Guest Experience Lead you greet each guest, interact with them and create an inviting atmosphere in the dining room. Make sure the guest’s experience is a great one and guide the guest to place their order at the lobby registers (kiosks).
• Greet and connect with the guests
• Face guests as they approach
• Open the door for the guests
• Greet guests immediately and enthusiastically; make eye contact, smile and be friendly.
• Invite guests to place their order at the lobby register
• Be familiar with where the menu items are located on the lobby registers (kiosks) so you can help guests find what they need

When Guest Experience Leads aren’t busy helping guests place orders at the lobby register (kiosk), they can also engage with guests who are waiting for to go orders and provide table service.
• Pick up trays/trash when you notice guests are finished eating
• Carry a guest’s tray
• Provide customers with extra condiments, etc.
• Open doors to let guests in or out of the restaurant
• Provide high chairs
• Wipe/clean tables & trays

Guest Experience Leads must:
• Be friendly and make a personal connection with each guest
• Remember to say hello, thank you and good bye to every guest
• Dress professionally
• ALWAYS SMILE
