Our Client, a large hospital in NE Philadelphia, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Compliance Department. If you meet the qualifications below, please apply.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional administrative experience
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
  • Experience working within compliance
  • Bachelors Degree highly preferred

Position Description

  • Sending out quarterly reminders to each employee to update their compliance documents
  • Proofread the documents once received back, and adjust formatting accordingly
  • Archive documents for each person, and upload the new documents
  • Send reminder emails, and track reminder emails
  • Utilize systems such as: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe (PDF)
  • Provide customer service to internal employees both written via emails, and verbal
