Opportunity: The Innovative Behavioral Therapies is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative

Client does not work as departments but rather as highly collaborative integrated teams dedicated to strategic and creative excellence. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain a friendly, positive demeanor while focusing and not easily distracted

• Respond to approximately 10-20 voicemails daily

• Answer a high-volume of e-mails daily in a professional manner

• Most email responses consist of basic information such as order status and tracking updates

• Provide information in response to inquiries and help customers decide what additional products may best suit their needs

• Resolve problems by clarifying the complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction to ensure resolution

• Work with database to document and track information on customer status, orders, and delivery dates

• Communicate with other departments if an issue arises

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years prior customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• 40+ hours a week (flexibility is required for some Saturdays)

• Working hours are 8:30am – 5:00 pm

• Typing speed of 40+ wpm

• Be willing and eager to work outside of the initial job description

• High School Diploma, GED or higher
