Superintendent

-Review plans and specs
-Assist with project scheduling
-Coordinate and manage on site construction activities from start to finish
-coordinate subcontractors
-Determine equipment and materials needed
-working with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
-conduct job site meetings
-Serve as site safety officer when needed

This will be a role that will be on new construction sites. Most of the time the candidate will be managing from a the job trailer. But they will need to be comfortable with working in the elements.

3+ years of commercial construction
(high end commercial retail/ restaurant experience)
