Aerotek is seeking entry-level Customer Service/Sales Representatives.
Job Description
The Customer Service/Sales Representative receives inbound calls from customers needing assistance with various requests. In the Sales Department, the Customer Service/Sales Representative will use up to 5 different computer systems and follow a Call Flow script leading to increased sales.
Pay is based on shifts available:
1st Shift: $10/hour
2nd shift: $10.50/hour
3rd shift: $11/hour

Qualifications
- Previous experience with face-to-face customer service (retail, food industry, nursing care, etc)
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Interest in developing sales skills and techniques to overcome common sales objections
