Our client, a high end furniture manufacturing company in the Miami Gardens area is seeking an HR Generalist for their growing team!

The HR Generalist will be the main point of contact for all employees and will be responsible for execution of all strategies and initiatives.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist will be primarily responsible for the execution of the following tasks:

  • Handling payroll for up to 200 people
  • Benefits enrollment and administration
  • Responsible for light recruiting efforts
  • Complete employee background screening, drug screening, employment verification, ID management, workers comp, safety administration...etc
  • Provide Administrative support to the General Manager

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of HR and payroll experience
  • Experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing/production environment
  • Must be fully fluent in English/ Spanish
