DESCRIPTION (FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES)
1. Process all orders
2. Make conversions
3. Set up, assemble, and test control valves, levels and control equipment
4. Source parts/finished products through the use of a PC
5. Perform repair and service work in-house and at customer facilities
6. Assemble and calibrate electric actuators
7. Automate butterfly and ball valve assemblies of various manufacturers
8. When necessary assist in receiving and shipping functions
9. Some assembly and testing of Field Automation and SCADA equipment
10. Periodically clean the warehouse and shop areas.
11. Use Forklift to pull material off shelves

Requirements
1. Review instructions to ascertain test specifications, procedures, and/or objectives
2. Use PC in performing assigned tasks
3. Mechanical aptitude
4. Experience with electric motors
5. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
6. Experience operating a forklifts
7. Entry level - One (1) year experience in related field
8. Mid level - Three (3) to five (5) years valve experience
9. SAP experience is a plus
10. Experience operating cranes
11. Ability to lift 50lbs
12. Bend tubing
13. Experience using AC/DC electricity
