Mechanical Drafter

Currently hiring a Drafter/Designer for a large, state-of-the-art manufacturing company located in Canonsburg area! This position is a 3-4 month contract position. Please see the job description & requirements below.

Job Description:

• Create drawings and 3D models in Inventor based on input from engineers and customer.
• Perform low and medium complexity design work on components as directed including 3D library components and assemblies.
• Create parts lists for new products.
• Create catalog pages, illustrations and animations; support work within ERP system.

Job Requirements:

• A.S. in Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD)
• 2+ years of experience drafting & designing in Autodesk Inventor
• Prior experience with electro-mechanical designing & drafting
• Knowledge of Autodesk Vault
