LARGE CALL CENTER IN SOUTH ST PETERSBURG IS LOOKING TO ADD TO THEIR GROWING TEAM! SHIFT: 8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY PAY: 13/HR. JOB DUTIES: • Identify transactional errors, discrepancies, large and/or unusual transactions or trends, and potential fraudulent submissions • Identify problems with processes, technology, and/or procedures, and recommend and develop improvements • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, professional and straightforward manner. • Ability to multitask as well as handle multiple customer issues simultaneously. • Ability to manage time well for your entire team. • Ability to diffuse escalated customer situations through high-level problem solving. • Ability
