About this job
Staffmark is seeking a skilled warehouse associate with previous forklift experience. The ideal candidate will be able to wear multiple hats within the warehouse while performing different duties daily.
Hours 8-5 Mon-Fri
Duties include but are not limited to...
loading and unloading trucks/trailers for various projects/customers
Pull, review and stage various equipment per order prep sheet
Check truck/trailers in and out according to policies and procedure
Accurately manage maintenance records and log
Be courteous and responsible while interacting with management and customers
Receive in rental equipment, unload equipment, and create receiving bill of lading
Roll and inspect cable, prepare equipment for shipping, load equipment, secure equipment to trailer, and maintain facility
Other Duties as needed
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent
2 years of previous warehouse experience
Must be 21 years old and have a valid drivers license
Knowledge and experience with forklift/pallet jack and safety practices/procedures
Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull a minimum of 50+ pounds. Should be able to bend, stoop, twist, perform repetitive motion, sit or stand for 8 hours a day.
Knowledge with shipping/receiving and warehouse functions
Knowledge with hand and power tools
