Account Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Our Columbus, IN client is looking for an Account Manager to hire on, train and eventually move up within the company!

This company develops and supplies sealing solutions and products to distributors and customers. They are looking for their next “face of the company.”

This person has to have a high level of customer service, be very organized, and have a general idea of the engineering around their products. A desire to learn about sealing products and a commitment to do what you say you will do is a must for this position!

Pay: $45K-$60K+ based on experience (didn’t know if you would want to list up to 60?)

Shift: 1st shift hours.

Responsibilities:

• Initial order evaluation
• Inventory and lead time planning
• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
• Expediting and providing quotes to customers
• Negotiating with suppliers and customers

Technical Requirements:

• Some Engineering background is required
• Experience with ISO/QMS quality programs is a plus
• Experience with OEM is a plus
• Kaizen experience
