Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Third party insurer is looking to add another team member to join their Customer Service team for an immediate, full time, long term position. Ideal Customer Service Rep provides excellent customer service via phone while assisting insurance providers with benefit quotes. Customer Service Reps provide answers to claim questions and claim history. Customer Service Reps must be able to diffuse situations with customers. Medical terminology, medical billing and claims experience is a plus

Position Type: Full-Time Evaluation Hire
Pay Range: $10.50/hr
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
