Overview:
Our client is a global manufacturer of chemical products and this manufacturing facility is north of Boston. We are looking for a seasoned Production Supervisor to manage a 12 hour overnight shift. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in chemical manufacturing with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. He/she will have accomplishments in improving manufacturing processes, quality and safety. Also a history of mentoring and developing subordinates. This is a career opportunity with a great company.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in chemical manufacturing
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- a strong safety record
- Outstanding references from past employers
- High school diploma, with some college coursework preferred
