Electrical Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Maine Electric is a thriving and growing residential service company. We are looking for a Journeyman with residential service and someone who has experience in taking care of customers professionally. Are you ready to make what you're worth?

(We are 99% residential service/existing homes, little commercial). Looking for only ‘A’ Players!

Our chosen candidate looks like–

• Clean cut a must, no tattoos or piercings unless they can be covered or taken out
• Great customer service skills, with excellent and proven sales skills; we have installers to complete the work
• A CAN-DO great/positive/optimistic attitude, great team member, takes ownership, plays at the top of their game
• Very good at trouble shooting existing homes, service and repairs
• NxStar and Tech Daddy training a plus
• Able to lift 75 lbs+
• Able to communicate with customers to build trust and value, committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Able to physically get into attics and under houses
• Be able to explain electrical problems and solutions in layman’s terms, give options
• Making sure job is totally cleaned up and that the customer is 100% satisfied before leaving ANY job
• Keep your van well stocked and organized to Maine Electric standards
• Able to work long hours, average 40-50 a week, some weekends and be on call rotating basis
• Be on time, clean and pressed uniform, shoes shined, clean apperance, have pride in yourself
• Participate in daily technician role playing for ongoing excellence
• Must have current California driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass California background and drug test
• Be hard working, fun, energetic, dependable, ‘whatever’ it takes team member
