Scheduler

Work as teammate in fast-paced busy call center, scheduling appointments, routing calls, taking detailed accurate messages, maintaining referrals, rescheduling patients, other duties as assigned. Involves 40 hours of telecommunications with a headset. Requires customer service skills and strong work ethic.

1+ year previous experience scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments. Customer service experience, data entry skills- entering patient information. Detail oriented, reliable, prompt, friendly, hard working, professional

1+ year experience working within electronic medical record system
