Medical Assistant - Reg - SPMF - Full-time / Part-time

This is a CCMA position in the internal medicine department of a large healthcare provider. Candidates will be responsible for assisting clinicians and other members of the health care team in the department by performing a variety of patient-related tasks/tests and ensuring smooth patient and work flow within the department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in a physician clinic setting.

Certifications: MUST Have one of the following:

1. CCMA-C - California Certifying Board of Medical Assistants

2. CMA - American Association of Medical Assistants

3. RMA - American Medical technologists

4. NCMA - Multi-skilled Medical Certification Institute, Inc
