Need Housekeeper

I need a housekeeper to come once a month. Possibly more often if the price is reasonable enough. I may need occasional baseboards, windows, or oven cleaned but mainly I'm just looking for a housekeeper on a regular basis for typical tasks. I prefer them to use green products since the smell of heavy chemicals is to be avoided. I prefer weekend cleaning, but can make a Wednesday work if you're not available. I need someone fluent in English so that we can communicate well.
