House Sitting Wanted - Occasional Housesitting And/Or House Cleaning, Seeking House Sitter

This is an ongoing position for mainly housekeeping and occasional house sitting. At least once a week I need housekeeping help, about 2 or 3 hours, starting late morning or early afternoon. This could soon be several days a week. Days vary so flexibility is essential. Must be trustworthy, responsible, mindful, professional* and have good attention to detail and a positive "can do" attitude. Once in a while you will stay overnight for a day or more. Housekeeping duties include light cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms including linen change and laundry. Spot cleaning throughout the house as needed (in other words, if there's a spot on the bathroom floor, wipe it with a sponge instead of mop the entire floor, use time wisely). Take out trash when full. The house has mostly hardwood floors that are easy to keep clean with a dust mop, linoleum and stone flooring in bathrooms and a few area rugs. I use minimal cleaning products and some green cleaning products including water only when that's all that's needed.The house consistently gets lots of compliments for cleanliness. Tasks may include occasional hand watering in the yard and some grocery shopping and errands and other odds and ends, standard assistant type work. Must be flexible plus comfortable around others since I have frequent house guests. This is the perfect position for someone who has their own residence and is looking for extra income and a friendly work environment where you will be appreciated and respected. Pay is $15/hour for housecleaning and misc.; $20 to stay overnight. * Reliable and drama free. Refrain from excessive texting and talking on phone. Help maintain the quiet atmosphere including, if you listen to music while you work, use earbuds and/or headphones.
