Job Description:
Line cooks are responsible for cooking food orders based on memorized recipes that meet quality standards and properly coordinating dishes for delivery. Apply safety and sanitation procedures to ensure work station and storage spaces are clean at all times. Keep track of and order inventory for work station when necessary. Must be able to work in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Minimum six (6) months of experience as a Cook
Be able to obtain and maintain any required licenses and/or certifications
Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of shift
Must be able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds
