Staffmark is currently seeking a recruiting coordinator for our excellent client in the Scottsdale area. In this role, the Recruiting Coordinator will partner with a team of recruiters and hiring managers to deliver the best possible candidate experience and to help the recruiting team and asssist with maintaining an efficient hiring and on boarding process.
Responisbilities:
Facilitate the entire pre-hire screening process including the monitoring of pre-employment documentation, ordering background checks/drug screens, reporting results and securing candidate start dates in order to board them in the ATS system.
Track and maintain activities of positions, candidates, and employees
Partner with the recruiters and other resources to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates a world-class candidate experience.
Support the planning of local job fairs and other college-recruiting events as needed.
Work closely with Recruiting Manager to identify and recommend opportunities for improving candidate experience and inefficiencies.
Assist and partner with HR to ensure compliance in all recruiting processes
Partner with recruiting team to develop new processes or ways to improve existing processes
Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidence
Monitor monthly and quarterly onboarding reporting and statistics
Assist and support recruiting team and manager as needed
Ability to convey core values and promote our image/brand to prospective employees.
Qualifications:
1+ years of administrative or human resources experience
1+ years of experience working in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment preferred
Creative, critical thinker and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to improve our candidate experience and to make things work more efficiently
Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail
An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Ability to juggle multiple projects; multi-tasking guru
Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Preferably Taleo) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious individual
Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; Commitment to results and solutions oriented
