Job Description

The Executive Compensation Senior Analyst will assist in activities across all key areas of executive compensation including:

* The design and implementation of executive compensation programs for PepsiCo's global executive population

* Preparation of the annual proxy statement

* Supporting the creation of presentations and analyses for the Compensation Committee

* Validating the pay-for-performance linkage of executive compensation programs through various analyses and tools

* Partnering cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder buy in and sign off on key analyses and compensation budgets

* Staying abreast of peer group and regulatory developments as well as emerging practices impacting executive compensation

The Executive Compensation Senior Analyst at PepsiCo plays a key role in executing Compensation projects for the executive population within the organization. The Senior Analyst is expected to work closely with the Senior Director in the department to execute agreed-upon initiatives relating to Executive comp design, bonus calculation and execution, communication with the Executive client group, periodic compliance and execution of cyclical HR processes.

The Executive Compensation team is an excellent sub-function in which to learn the analytical and business side of Human Resources at PepsiCo. An ideal candidate will be someone who is committed to learning and growing through hard work and challenging assignments. The analytical work this individual will be exposed to will include projects that are viewed by the highest levels in the organization. Therefore, maturity, professionalism, and attention to detail are absolutely essential.

These opportunities include but are not limited to HR Generalist roles in the field HR Leadership Program, other specialist roles in the Corporate Headquarters, or broader roles within the Comp & Benefits function. Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field preferred

* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics a plus

Skills & Capabilities:

* Strong analytical skills; for recent graduates, this would include above average grades in mathematics, statistics, or economics courses

* Self-starter attitude; someone who can tackle an assignment by being resourceful, taking initiative, and managing through ambiguity with positivity

* High level of maturity, including ability to maintain highly sensitive information

* Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics

* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations.

* Strong skills in Powerpoint/Excel/Word

* Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items

* Excellent work ethic and commitment to long-term development

* Desire and willingness to learn

* Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners

* Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; performance management; leadership development; training), whether through practical experience or academics

* Openness to future relocation for opportunities is a plus but not required
