Job Description
The TMOD (Talent Management and Organization Development) Senior Analyst will lead the development, coordination, and execution of initiatives that improve organizational health, career development, and bench strength. The individual will be responsible for leading core talent process including organizational surveying, performance management, psychometric assessment, and additional programming across the full range of Corporate functions. He or she will also be responsible for advancing projects focused on HiPo development, workforce analytics, succession planning, career frameworks, and interventions to improve team and organization effectiveness. Key customers and stakeholders include: Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Corporate Functions. Over time, the individual will be expected to assume client-facing, OD consulting responsibilities with one or more of these business functions.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the delivery of PepsiCo's TMOD core processes across corporate functions, including support with rollout and interpretation (employee satisfaction surveys, organizational engagement surveys, etc.)
* Design communications, tools and resources that improve consistency and efficiency of core process execution across the corporate functions
* Collaborate with the TMOD team and HRBPs to design and implement programs to drive initiatives targeting employee engagement, leadership development, and careers
* Support the design and delivery of custom TMOD deliverables to increase the effectiveness of PepsiCo's Operating Model
* Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions
* Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
* Master's degree in organizational psychology or organizational behavior required. Master's or doctoral degree in I/O psychology or organizational behavior preferred.
* 4+ years of industry or human capital consulting experience with talent management, performance management , organizational design, or business transformation
* Proven project management and data organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Ability to navigate organizational complexity and provide clear guidance to multiple levels of the organization
* Outstanding critical thinking skills, including strong analytical abilities and the ability to learn from experience
* Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
* Proficie ncy in Microsoft Office Suite , SPSS required and other survey design programs (e.g., Qualtrics) preferred
* Client-facing consulting experience preferred
