Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Current unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia. Graduate of an accredited LPN program. At least one (1) year of clinical experience in health care.
- Current CPR card (required)
- Reliable transportation available throughout the scheduled shift
- Proficient computer skills: Use of electronic medical records, Word, Excel, Email
- Health teaching, facilitation and development experience r/t various disease processes, s/s to look for, etc...
- All employees driving on agency business are required to have a valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance and maintain ability to pass background checks for working with vulnerable adults, children and the Medicare/Medicaid programs.
