Benefit Services Specialist I - Full-time / Part-time

ADP is hiring a Benefit Services Specialist.

The Benefit Services Specialist strengthens the connection with clients through service and consultation while maintaining and administering the compliance of the ADP Total Source Benefits Plan. The BSS acts as the benefits subject matter expert for the client and provides benefits assistance to strategically drive results with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and retention. The BSS provides support to internal and external clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Benefits consultation and advice virtually via phone calls and e-mails to clients, internal partners, and carrier contacts
• Participates in the support of the annual OE process
• Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products
• Handle customer inquiries that could require data entry changes
• Answer non-technical questions regarding ADP products and questions that cannot be handled by associate specialists as appropriate
• Learn and navigate ADP systems in order to respond to issues

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Customer Service Experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
