CREW MEMBER

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

Team Environment

  • Arrive in a timely manner to be ready in position at the start of scheduled shift.
  • Demonstrate respect and dignity to others with all that you do.
  • Regularly utilize established communication in the store.
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
  • Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
  • Able to learn and execute multiple tasks.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Hold guests at highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
  • Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Adhere to Brand and ABDD standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, taking trash and cardboard out, and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed.

 

Profitability

  • Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
  • Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
  • Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and ABDD polices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Skills
    • Must have basic computer skills
    • Capable of counting money and making change
    • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

 

Appearance

  • Adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt. Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes and nonslip shoes are required.

  • Anticipate and understand guest’s needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Genuinely smiles and eye contact to make guests feel welcome.
  • Develop and maintain a guest and community relationships.
  • Display and maintain a sense of urgency with guest.
  • Seek ways to improve guest satisfaction; ask questions, commit to follow through.
  • Resolve guest concerns by following (L.A.S.T.) Brand recommended guest recovery process.
