We are currently looking for a qualified applicant to be a District Manager for SecurCare Self Storage. As a District Manager, you will manage multi-store self storage facilities and oversee the store staff at locations in the Colorado Springs/Lone Tree/Littleton market and surrounding areas.

Position Description:
As a District Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager for your territory. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Overseeing the overall management of up to 40 storage facilities along with managing Area Managers, Store Managers, Relief Managers and Maintenance staff.
- Guaranteeing our customers receive the best service through on-going, employee training and coaching.
- Ensuring our facilities and Managers are up to company standards and all properties are meeting financial goals.
- Auditing stores to ensure all bank records are accurate.
- Conducting quarterly auctions, keeping up with current state lien laws.
- Reviewing and monitoring of maintenance costs.
- Assist the Company Recruiters and Recruiting for open positions.
- Disciplining, coaching, and training staff as needed or required.
Position Requirements:
- 5 Plus years of management experience
- Exemplary leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to read and teach budgets and p&l statements
- Ability to multi-task
- Accurate filing and record keeping
- Cash handling experience
- Mid-level math skills for auditing purposes
- Ability to travel within the area and periodic travel outside of the area for training
- Must have vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance/mileage reimbursed
- Some light physical activity is required; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- May be required to be outside for extended periods of time during inclement weather

Additional Details:
Hours are generally Monday - Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays on call.
