Hampton manufacturing / distribution center is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Inventory Specialist for a long-term, possible temp-hire position.   This position does require very strong Microsoft Excel skills for extensive reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Position will support Production Manager with creating extensive reports in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, charts and graphs
  • Utilize Excel reports to compile data and determine production needs
  • Position will also perform all administrative duties supporting management

Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability and knowledge of how to create pivot tables and graphs and charts
  • Prior inventory or distribution center experience helpful
  • Background check and drug screen required
