JOB DESCRIPTION
The Home Department Head is responsible for driving sales in the Home Department, by providing excellent customer service while maintaining visual standards and in-stock position. Additionally, the Home Department Head is responsible for a variety of duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards as directed by management.
Full time! Responsible for driving sales in the Furniture and selected Non-Seasonal Home Departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ Years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.<
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Ability to initiate a conversation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
- Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment consistent with the requirements of all applicable law.
