Ice Cream Maker/Customer Service

Bruster’s is a great place to work! It is a fun, friendly environment where everyone works together. Bruster’s Spring, TX is seeking an Ice Cream Maker/Customer Service team member.

Responsibilities include:

• Store set up and operation
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service
• Produce ice cream
• Prepare and decorate ice cream cakes and pies
• Perform store maintenance and ensure a clean work/service area
• Provide direction and oversight to incoming crew

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Weekend and Holiday availability
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Possess a pleasant, friendly personality
• Prior food service experience is helpful
• Food Managers Certificate required
• Minimum age 18
• Reliable transportation

Job specifics:

• Training provided
• 20+ hours/week including weekends and holidays. Additional hours may be available.
• Position requires frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
• Night shift as needed to understand work flow and assist in coverage
• Hourly wage with participation in tip pool
