Customer Service Representative Job Description:
Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls taking payments on behalf of Comcast and Time Warner Cable
Primary duty is to collect payments and resolve customer service related issues
Conflict resolution and entering customer data into databases
Heavy data entry and database navigating
Maintain highest level of customer service
Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Must haves;
strong communication skills, data entry skills, business acumen
Shift timings:
First shift and second shift
Part time:
Morning and Evening shifts are available for students.
