About this job

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource Director with administrative task that are related to the Human Resources Department. These task include the following:

Job Responsibilities include:

  • New hire on boarding
  • Processing paperwork such as I-9's, W-4's, E-verify
  • Responsible for working with the Lawyers on any visa related paperwork that is required
  • Assist with new hiring Orientations
  • Work with Hiring Managers to formulate job descriptions for their current openings.
  • Includes entering the Job Descriptions into SuccessFactors (an ATS / HRIS system)
  • Managing the Exit Process for employees
  • Assist in writing and processing termination paperwork
  • Ensure everything is processed and in order when the employee is exiting
  • Maintain Excel spread sheets
  • Assist in administrative task such as helping put together power points for presentations
  • Responsibility of recruiting candidates
  • Assist in scheduling/coordinating interviews
