Production Worker
125 year old International furniture Company looking for dedicated production workers to join their carpet padding facility near Aurora, IL. Opportunity to join union as well a comprehensive benefits package once hired on!
Duties include:
Setting up machine, loading and setting up programs.
Running machine and making necessary adjustments.
Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
Requirements include:
Must have prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pre-screening testing is required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be willing to work mandatory overtime.
