Inside Sales Representative

Hiring Inside Sales Representatives!

Location: Northborough, MA

Shift: Variety of shifts available. Working 5 days/week with one weekend day required/week. Employees will receive a day off during the week and one day off on the weekend.

Pay Rate: Base salary + commission structure. On average, Representatives make $17-20/hr after commission. However, top performers make up to $25+/hr.

Job Description:

• Make high volume outbound calls to customers and set appointments
• All phone calls are from warm leads, customers who have already contacted the company
• Perform in a competitive results driven environment
• Meet and exceed quotas and goals
• Provide excellent service to all customers

Qualifications:

• Comfortable making high volume outbound calls on a daily basis
• Must be competitive and goal oriented
• Must be willing to learn and have desire to grow within a company
• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor or Associate's Degree preferred
