DQ Grill & Chill - Odenton, MD looking for Grill Members

We are looking for Awesome People to be on our Fast-Paced Team. We are a family owned DQ that has met Ecolab "Pride" standards for years that will Develop, Nourish and Inspire You. 

• You must be at least a mature 16 years or older to be on our team.
• Grill experience is a plus but not required, will train for grill, helpful to be Food Certified but not required to start. 
• Looking for dependable, strong work ethic, individuals who must be punctual.
• Looking for individuals to work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, bending and able to lift product.
• Must have ability to read English and be able to communicate English with team.
• Looking for successful candidates with clean/tidy appearance, good work habits with positive attitude.
• Grill Members prep, prepares and cooks food and makes sure all food meets our DQ and safety/health standards, keeps clean area. 
• If out of college/school has ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays if we are open. 
• If on half day of school/college may also have some day shifts.
• This is not a total list of what may be required for Grill Members.
