Shift Leader - Full-time / Part-time

DQ Grill & Chill - Odenton, MD looking for:   Shift Leaders

We are looking for Awesome People to be on our Fast-Paced Team. We are a family owned DQ that has met Ecolab "Pride" standards for years that will Develop, Nourish and Inspire You.

• Either has Shift Leader experience and will be trained in the DQ way, also can be promoted from within.
• Helpful to have Food Certification but not required.
• Helps lead the DQ team during shifts, surprises our Fans (Fans are customers) with your experience.
• Delegates responsibilities to our team of Rockstars, ensure you/team exceeds the Fans expectations.
• You have a positive attitude, always smiling and doing more, always making our Fans feel like family.
• You have a keen eye and your work ethic is contagious with motivating, coaching others able to praise a job well done. 
• Becomes a subject matter expert in each area of DQ store.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the DQ store and ensure proper set-up/breakdown of entire store.
• Makes sure all open, mid or close routines are completed for the next shift.
• Makes sure product meets our, DQ safety and health and is super-delicious.
• Help develop team members into future leaders themselves.
• Lives the culture of DQ and exemplifies guest service for the whole team.
• Must be hard working, dependable, strong work ethic, must be punctual (your team needs to look up to you).
• Ability to work nights, days, weekends and on holidays if we are open.
• Shift Leaders must do and know what all team member do and know.
• Looking for Mature candidates who are 18 years old or older.
• This is not a total list of what may be required for Shift Leaders.
