Qualifications

* Someone who understands purchase orders
* Great admin experience, data entry, 10-key
* They will be working in Great Plains-WennSoft
* Processing about 70-100 purchase orders/Day and some returns
* Some customer service-calling vendors etc.
* Working closely with the Billing Coordinator
* Must have attention to detail-Incorrect data could cause incorrect billing to client.
* Shift- M-F, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

**This is very repetitive job. PO Coordinators will be entering invoices per line item and is very repetitive. 80% of this role will be repetitious in data entry.
